To further expand the existing partnership between INOV8 and the Peak District Mountain Rescue Organisation (PDMRO), key members of the organisation visited the brand’s HQ in the Lake District last week.

INOV8 brand ambassador and PDMRO training officer Toby Green, who has been instrumental in developing the partnership, was joined by PDMRO Chairman Matt Dooley, PDMRO Ops Director Patch Haley, as well as Mike Park, CEO of Mountain Rescue England and Wales. They met INOV8 founder and CEO Wayne Edy and members of the team.

Forged in the Lake District fells in 2003, INOV8 is renowned for designing innovative footwear and gear that works naturally with the body and delivers confidence-boosting grip over the toughest of terrains.

The PDMRO team toured INOV8’s HQ, gaining a behind-the-scenes insight into how the brand operates. The INOV8 team also learnt about the many challenges facing those who save lives in the hills.

Thanks to the partnership, finding footwear that enables them to move fast and comfortably over demanding terrain is not one of the problems the Peak District teams need to worry about. In INOV8 footwear they are ready underfoot for the toughest of challenges.
